Absolutely nothing is wrong with our merchandise! All our merchandise is new and first quality. We negotiate the best deals possible with manufacturers and then buy out their inventories and pass the savings onto you. Due to the nature of our business things sell out quickly so if interested in an item, please order as soon as possible

How fast do you ship?


  • We strive to ship most orders received Monday thru Friday before noon NY time the very same day.

  • We will ship ground orders either by US Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS at our discretion. If you have a PO Box, please include that as part of your shipping address.
  • We ship most 2nd day air orders by UPS 2nd day air.
  • Please note that weekends and/or holidays are not counted as delivery days. For example a 2nd day air order placed on Thursday afternoon at 1pm will ship Friday and deliver on Tuesday. We no longer offer Saturday delivery.

  • Is your site secure?


    Our site and your transaction is completely secure. Our site uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)—the industry standard in online encryption technology—to ensure that your personal and credit card information remains secure. SSL encryption allows you to shop with confidence.

    Why do Manny and Joe provide customer service?

    Because we take customer service seriously!

    We know it sounds crazy but being internet shoppers ourselves and seeing the horrible level of customer dis-service out there, we decided back in the beginning in 2004 that Manny and Joe would provide customer service. We can not think of a better way for the owners of a company to find out what we are doing right and what we are doing wrong. Our strategy to minimize customer service calls....ship it fast and ship it right!

    During the checkout we ask what to do if something is not available, the choices are:

  • Ship the order and cancel the balance.
  • Contact me by email for sub or instruction
  • Cancel the order.

  • Please select Contact Me and we will contact you in case we are out of stock

    Why don't I see the size I need on the size pull-down?

    As we sell out of sizes, they are removed from the website so you can not order something that is not available. We buy out manufacturers inventories so most items we offer are 1 shot deals meaning that as we sell out they are removed from the site. Because of that we are adding on average 75-100 new products every week. Please keep checking our new arrivals section.

    What is your return and refund policy?

    In a nutshell

  • You may return for any reason within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange.
  • Items returned must be unwashed, unworn and with all tags attached in it's original packaging.
  • Opened packaged underwear can not be returned.

    How will I know when you ship my order?

    We will ALWAYS EMAIL you a ship notification the day your order is shipped and we'll let you know the carrier and the tracking information as well. Please NOTE: We sometimes wind up in the spam box for yahoo, hotmail and AOL addresses. If you use yahoo, hotmail or AOL please add us to your address book so you can receive our emails....Thanks!

    I sent something back, when will I receive my refund?

    We process refunds and exchanges once a week usually Fridays or Saturdays. Once we post a refund we will always email you the amount and date refunded. If your return comes in after our cutoff, it will be processed the following week.

    Sometimes your site loads slowly, what's going on?

    We have received some reports of intermittent slowness with Internet Explorer that we can't seem to replicate. We noticed that the browsers Firefox, Chrome and Safari (Mac) work really really fast. We suggest Firefox for a better user experience.
